On the occasion of observing a case of molestation of a little girl, Delhi court said that no one can touch a women without their permission. This is really a senseless action from a judicial system, which safeguards peace in the community. We don’t say all men are sages, but a majority of Women are indulging in fake allegations and criminal activities, where they are used by other people or businesses to make money out of them, in different ways.
Women who have social status think that they have achieved everything, but there is something beyond that.. They are actually making thousands of times profit than what they get. If it was a man, he would have got better pay or would have ran the entire system on their own. So, Women are not actually successful, but utilized, by giving what they are addicted to and make more profit out of them.
Those men who are really regularly harming women, or men, are real criminals and should be isolated forever to work for food. Not all men are of the same kind. Most of the men work and earn for their wife, parents, kids etc. They don’t have a world, if they are not there. They don’t get into these kind of activities, unless they are trapped by ladies who lay honey trap to blackmail and get money. This has been a habit even for high profile women, it might be the ancestral quality in their blood, if they did honeytrapping!! There are a lot or good Women and Men out there, but these criminal anti-social category is to be treated genderless.
Whether it be a Women or Man, all are humans, and nobody has rights to touch other person without their consent and be it a man or women, they have to be punished severely in such a way he will not commit the crime again. Aadhaar should be tagged to show the bad reputation or the criminal activity level done by a person and should be isolated from the society unlike jail, where they work for food. The observation made by Delhi court is a violation of equality and human rights, as it exempted men. Any comment or verdict by a judicial system should be passed, irrespective of gender, caste, social status, wealth, background etc.
Attrocities that man get into are exponentially more than what women faces. And India has a cultural heritage, which is not actually followed by people who get into trouble and who create trouble, except for a few, who could be easily identified by good opinion about them, their decent dressing etc.
Once again, the question has to be repeated.. What about men? Same should apply to all human beings.
..and how to prove women gave their consent? especially when married women are taking advantage of these rules, to go back home as they are not able to earn or even manage household activities. 75% of the marriages are ending up in divorce within 3 years of marriage and even if they continue together or get married again, the same repeats, until they realize what is life and repent what they did to the first person. There are a lot of women, who are like goddess to everybody and this same women category is made to work as maids. Can’t Women at home do what maids do? …ooooh…, they are busy spending hard earned money by husband and showing off. 99% of the newly weds are not interested in doing their duty at home when the husband brings home everything she needs. What these men get are lashes from courts. At the end, it would be a situation like a nuclear fission arm or Sun itself fell on earth!
To get the consent recorded, should we go inside an ATM to get the visual recorded?
First of all, most of these women except who are from villages never follows the so called culture and beat up men and walk exposing parts and mis behave with all. I’m feeling sad for those who are from villages and those who are well behaved and well dressed according to our culture. The rest who don’t follow culture, misbehave and expose private parts along with sensor board promoting vulgarity fuels women attacks. Those men who are husbands or relations and who beat up women should be beheaded, if the woman who is tortured has a track record of following culture. Those women who react to this post are too in the category of inviting rapists because of their behavior. We, majority men are not rapists. We work for earning bread for our mother, sisters, wife, daughters, grand parents, brothers, sons, dad, in laws etc for their security. Most of them who don’t listen to men’s words to keep them safe, end up with a disaster. We majority men are trying to keep you safe. The rate of divorces are a n excellent example of women inviting trouble. Parents are to blame first. Newer generations of boys and girls are way out of control inviting trouble, who are left free by one of the parent to go criminal in behaviour. Top priority is to promote moral science studies and to have sensor board respect culture and prevent violence, exposing body parts and immoral activities, anti social activities anything that harms a normal Indian, to be filtered. Next are the political parties. Politicians are people who are mostly not educated in real and had started from rags. How are they becoming so rich? They use normal people to make money and make them do anti-social activities.
The only way out to this is to have:
1. A new government formed by educationally qualified people, who has contributed for India’s growth.
2. Sensor board and legal system filtering whatever is against our culture or hampering peace.
3. Parenting or rules and laws forcing youngsters to deliver their duties as a son or daughter and attain maturity.
4. Those who don’t follow the culture should not have the sympathy as they promote anti-social and anti-peace thoughts in younger generation.
These are things which are successful abroad. There is no harm at all except we getting a brighter hardworking new generation and a brighter future.
